As owner of Ground Hog Foundation Drilling for the past 18 years, Tom Baehr has developed a reputation as a competent and reliable construction industry professional. He has consistently built long-term relationships with company clients and is committed to a team approach. An engineer with an MBA from the University of Chicago and a background in the oil and gas industry, he has built a company based on reliable customer service.  His professional affiliations include the Associated General Contractors of Houston (AGC), the Deep Foundation Institute (DFI) and the International Association of Foundation Drilling (ADSC) where he is on the Board of Directors and serves as the President of the South Central Chapter.
